"We signed up our 2 1/2 yr old son for a music for me class this past fall. He loved and looked forward to going and resonated well with Miss Wendy's thoughtful, fun and intentional personality. As a parent, I appreciated her pace in the classes- varying activities and transitioning smoothly from one song or activity to the next, while maintaining a methodical structure to the time as well. I loved seeing how our little guy (and his baby brother!) learn simple rhythms, use different items for making music, and carry home lessons in turn taking, storytime listening, and exploring new things. And, of course, fun and age appropriate songs that our toddler continues to sing all the time! We are always on the lookout for great facilitators and creative teacher figures and Miss Wendy did not disappoint!"

"The music for me class has been an amazing experience for both of my kids. My 3 year old loves to sing along and dance to each song. He has grown, not only in speech development, but also in his social development. Both my kids stay home with me, so interacting with other kids doesn’t happen as much as I would like it to. My daughter (20 months) started coming when she was about 4 months old. She was able to start clapping with the songs and dancing at that time. Now she loves playing the music instruments, singing along with the songs, grooving with the songs, and enjoying time with other children. Not only have both of my kids grown in social development, but their ability to listen to instructions, their hand- eye coordination, their language/vocabulary and fine and gross motor skills have grown. I am so glad I have the best friends, who shared this amazing class with me."
